If you closely observe Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan you will find that jaya's character is inspired by lata ji and Amitabh's character is inspired by Kishore Da, not in the plot but the way they sing the song.....feels like Lata ji and Kishore Da are singing on stage. "The Bengali attire and that white saree" Even Lata ji said that she saw Jaya Bachchan observing her style of singing and the her saree style. They did a great job in the movie... specially Jaya Bhaduri Bachchan. It's like a tribute to the two greatest singers of Indian cinema 🙏 May their soul rest in peace. 🙌🤍
