Yes people bring flowers to funerals here, men buy woman flowers usually on a date. I feel so bad for the people in that concert hall, it is absolutely chilling. Do we know who actually did it? I keep hearing half say its Is** and other 1/2 says UKR?

The killers were captured and there is video footage of their interrogation. They were all from Tajikistan and the admit to being paid to do this. They got half up front and half when it was done. The cops catch them before they cross the border into Ukraine.

Gifts usually if you go visit someone. As for birthdays whatever really. Among adults I do not remember last buying someone a gift. I know the flower tradition from Eastern Europe though. Plus there are all the name days.
