They got solar panels from YOUR company only to find the majority of the credit wasn't going to them. It went to YOUR company! When my parents found out and confronted YOUR company, they were told, "You never told us not to." Now, they can't even remove YOUR companies panels. Even though they haven't been used in over 7 years. You need to fix this and until you do, I'm going to continue to call you out. The ball's in your court, Mr. Used-to-be-the-richest-man. Tesla's share price is where it was 2 years ago. They have missed their numbers 4 quarters in a row. Their conference calls are like an 8 year old is doing them. Cybertrucks production is way behind schedule and they just laid off 10% of their workers.... But sure, let's give the guy who caused all that another 10% of the company....

It is 100% performance based, the only CEO anyplace to do that. He got stock options for meeting very difficult targets and has not drawn a normal salary. If other CEO's did that, they would never be paid. Ask the Ford and GM CEO's to take that deal and see how fast they run for the door. The options he gets also cannot be sold for a minimum of 5 years so even after he meets the tartgets, he gets the options and can't convert them to $ for 5 years. So if he lets the company slip, his options are worth nothing. Nobody reports the truth about that contract, none of the money is guaranteed. Not a single dollar.

Elon Musk needs to stop calling its current software FSD (Full Self Driving). FSD means a driver does not need to monitor the vehicle and intervene when necessary. Until that happens, this is false advertisement. Musk should also stop telling investors it is an "AI" company. Since over 80% of its revenue comes from the sale of vehicles, it is still an auto company. There's a difference between what you want to be and what you really are. As far as asking $56 billion in compensation, this is just insane. He has been the CEO of Tesla for about 15 years. That's about $4 billion per year he is asking. Only Tesla shareholders are crazy enough to approve it, because who can say 'no' to Jesus 2.0?

I hope for a yes vote. But I dont expect it. Most people dont seem to understand that all the requirements for the payout were met long ago. Even media claimed back then that the payout plan was impossible to achive. But Musk delivered. Now that the media bias has changed, it all of a sudden is "unfair".
