Lol this is just for TV/ internet. As a former Tesla worker, management will tell you straight up do not talk to Elon unless you want to get fired on the spot. Believe me these guys are more scared than showing *respect. Everytime Elon visits, we must be on our best behavior and best ability or off with your head! But it's very rare for Elon to be at the Tesla factory unless really bad things are happening. He's more focused on Space X and other pet projects with his engineers. Assemblers like these guys are insignificant ants to him and Tesla (probably why the black clothings we have to wear), they cycle through workers like every few months because it is production hell (burnout rate is high).
