The reason a sideways end rod destroys it is because the same reason a slab does, it can’t land on it or it would break Minecraft’s simplicity, and it would just look weird, but an end rod pointing upwards will not destroy it because it’s a block high. Thank you for coming to my TED talk

i can explain the sand fact from the end rod sand breaks when it fals on a block that is half a pointed end rod is a full block a sideways is only a half block just like a torch so thats why sand breaks on a sideways end rod/torch/campfire and not on a pointed end rod

HEY bionic i got another fact about end rods it also can protect your base like when you do a 3 block high end rod like do it 3 times in a line like a gate u can go in it But mobs cant go in see thats how you protect house or base too easy also try putting colored glass panes on top of a activated beacon make it as many a possible its better than normal way i tried it and it will be a rainbow beacon

When he placed the Note block on the sand it wasn't the same sound as a normal note block since he placed it on the sand it made a different sound( Not All blocks make a different sound) here are the ones I know that make a difference sound (glass,Basalt,sand,note block on top of a Note block, I forgot the rest) those are the ones I know and I forgot some that I knew but if you want to, try putting different blocks under a note block and see what you end up with.

The reason the bedrock beacon works is because when they were first added, beacons couldn’t get through bedrock, and if people built them if the nether it wouldn’t work and they would have to clear all the blocks including bedrock, but they made it so that it could go through bedrock so you wouldn’t have to get rid of it. I think

The end rod breaking sand works because the sand attempts to become a full block in the same block the end rod is in, while the up facing end rod is a full block upwards, therefore the sand becomes a solid block on the block above the end rod instead. That is why sand breaks on almost everything that isnt a full block.

For the end rod, it breaks sand when it is sideways because when sideways it counts as around half a block, like slabs. When vertical, however, it counts as a full block.

The sugar cane is not chunk error. It generates randomly and the same spot can be chosen an infinite amount of times, as the largest randomly generated cactus was 27 blocks tall. Now you know. :)
