I miss going woodbound but then I hear an experience like this. I wasn't afraid of night woods or much of anything at that time but I just don't trust what's out there. North Toledo Bend September of 08. Thanks for sharing Tom.

I live in east Texas a mile or so from the trinity river and there down here. I have tree breaks all over my property. Have had several experiences with them.

Great show! Can’t tell y’all how great it is to hear others sharing their stories and encounters. I grew up in a family that hunted in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and as far back as I can remember my family spoke openly about Bigfoot. I had my first encounter when I was 9(brief visual) my dad had a close encounter while hunting that scared him so bad my grandpa had to go get him down from his stand. When I got older I realized people didn’t talk about it or laughed and thought it was make believe. Even now, with DNA , pictures, thermal images and all the other evidence, most of the people I converse with give me that look and I just change the subject. You can’t convince people and that’s okay. I know what I know and like the majority of us on here , I’m happy to have other like minded individuals sharing their knowledge and experience.

First time I saw the show and it was wonderful. I've had 2 experiences that changed the path of my life as well as my outlook on what I've seen and more importantly felt. What I saw gave me waves and waves of emotions. It's just unbelievable what I experienced that it's hard to believe.

I bet it did! How do you feel about going on the show and telling us about it? Just FYI, this show was not created to generate profits, but solely to bring awareness to the public. And they are doing a great job at it too, IMO.

Telling our encounters outloud has made many people feel better instead of keeping it all bottled up inside, it a release of built up anguish no matter how your story happened, others can totally relate & say. Me to the same thing happened to me!! Getting it out of your mouth to others does do something helpful ,weather you think it will ir won't ,give it a shot someday if you would want to...my thoughts and prayers are with you. Your Guest "Tom" was absolutely riveting...FABULOUS SHOW...This is about as good as it gets....Tom's creditably was rock solid and I am left with zero doubt that things happened just as he said.... I applaud him and hope that he can share his story on many of the high quality Sasquatch encounter broadcasts. Tom leaves us once again with the knowledge that THESE BEINGS ARE REAL...plain and simple. Tom's decision to not disclose the beings presence when they were out there was in my judgment...a wise one...it would have been psychologically harmful to the youngster....better he learn about them gradually and in a safer environment....possibly by Tom himself one day. All in all a first class broadcast.

Great show. I feel the same way. I would've let someone else see what I'm seeing just to confirm my self if is real or not. But I do respect his thoughts about the subject matter. In a moment like that I think is very hard to even think about that. Thanks for sharing and God bless.

Thank you Tom for telling your encounter/story. You told it w/such calmness. Wow! When I share my encounters I'm usually all over the place. But I'm trying to think back to the 1970's ~ 2021 & things get a little twisted up & run together bc some of the things that happened in the 1970's & happened the same way in 2021. So I assume it's conformation for my brain they haven't changed their behavior since they've been here on this earth/going in & out on this earth, whatever you think if their going thur portals, & humans have changed bc of our envoling of technology, which has made life easier but more lazy IMO, & they don't have the want like we do. Frustratingly listening but i live in a Dead Zone tor cell service and there is no power lines to carry the Internet to me so i must listen to the recording post show.. Frustrating because i have so many questions! Thank you for sharing your story!

Question. What is the topography of this area? Canyon's? Rolling hills? I think they live in and near rocky outcrops. Anyone else see this connection? When mountaineering i have looked down vertical walls and wondered about the dark areas below. Some look cavernous and often i see some odd staining on the rocks. Their are many possibilities. We should ask climbers what they have seen. Any other climbers out there?

Yesterday I had to laugh because i grabbed my binoculars and walked to the store. On the way back I took my favorite side-walk that follows the river. I stopped in the area where I mentally met this bigfoot. Set the groceries down and started looking across the river. There it was trying to hide and it made me laugh because this thing is 3 or 4 feet wide trying to hide behind a 8 inch wide tree, so I laughed picked up my groceries and walk home. If you have a good heart, just mentally talk to it and the dread leaves

I talk to my friendly local sasquatch almost every day. I felt dread once and I said Wait all I wanted was a selfie with you. The dread left and yesterday I seen him without feeling anything. He knows I'm not a threat.

Interestingly enough, in every single instance that this man has encountered this phenomenon a kid has been involved. -when he was carrying his son on his shoulders and heard the growl. -when he went out with his friend and his friends kid whom wanted to fish -when he went out with the dogs and his nephew and had the big encounter. Is it purely a coincidence that all of his encounters and many other encounters involve children?

Your right. But I think that at the time it happen, Tom was just acting out of instinct. It’s an instinct to protect... Many of do things like this in the heat of the moment, then try and figure out why we did it later on. Tom knew what he was seeing.

@@jclp81 oh yeah, ok... That was an event that took place down in Florida while they were there in March filming the 168 Hr documentary. So there was never really a specific episode that the event took place in. It’s just something that they bring up every now and again, and give each other a hard time about, good times! Lol... I guess you could go back to the episodes that were shot in March during the 168 and find the first time they talked about it, but I’m not exactly sure which one that was...

You are a better man than me with the officer gentleman in the beginning and I wish I was that patient with an officer asking questions that he doesn’t need to be with a person that knows the questions are fake and I don’t appreciate being in a condescending conversation with another man that believes his psychology is superior over my common sense . So drop the idiot questioning and put your big boy shorts on and talk to me like an adult with some intelligence . Or do you want me to get to your point for you ? And then he would call for back up and I would be on a milk carton 5 days later because I was in the town famous for the movie “Deliverance .” lol ….. but seriously …. Great throwback show Big Bear .

It's like the last show I watched the people in the salmon counting cabin he shot one or possibly shot one when a wild animal gets shot if you don't kill it it comes to kill you. It doesn't contemplate its options and even if it did there was multiple animals they would have killed them!!!!

Game warden asked us how long we would be at where we were fishing. Later at 2 am bf started that low to high roar at us. Yeah he knew just didn't warn us
