The fact South Park episodes manage to get banned really says a lot for a show whos main focus is to push the boundaries of whats allowed to be shown on TV

I loved the episode about Pip. There is just something about Malcolm McDowell staying straight-faced as he says, directly to the camera, "Ms. Haversham's robot monkeys present a formidable foe, but Pip is determined not to let Estelle be consumed by the Genesis Device." FOr the record, they do not show Pip on reruns anymore. I have been searching for it, but I can only get it on MAX whereas Super Best Friends is only available on DVD

we only have the muhammad episodes banned in the US on max, but i swear if when the rights go to paramount+, they start pulling a bunch of random episodes like this… it’s so idiotic this is happening in other countries, i keep hearing people talk about finding another episode missing. even innocent ones with good messages like big gay al’s boatride are unavailable! what the fuck!

I got the banned episodes. DVD. Seasons 1 - 21. I feel proud after watching this. I can watch these episodes UNCENSORED as many times as I want. "WHATEVA!! I DO WHAT I WANT."

The Great Expectations episode is one of the most disliked? It's one of my favorites! I was actually impressed at how faithful it was..and I loved Pip! I miss him!

I agree 100%. A lot of people today are under the false impression that they have the right not to be offended. That "free speech" only protects speech they like or approve of. The 1st Amendment wasn't put in place to protect speech you like, it was put in place to protect speech you DON'T like.

In the United States we have the first amendment. Which gives us the freedom of speech. That isn't there to protect speech or ideas we like. It's there to protect speech and ideas we don't like, don't agree with, and are unpopular.

I don't know about the rest of you, but when I hear about a religious group getting offended by some artist's content I literally could not care any less. The zealots of every religion are constantly pushing their superstitious nonsense down our throats and we are told that we are not allowed to be offended by that, yet they get offended by damn near everything and run and cry to the media about it. South Park should never have caved in, and they should have shown Allah in all of his so-called glory.
