I'm not taking away what the Vega 56 has done at 1440p in these games but most of these games are also on last gen consoles which means they are held back by last gen console limitations such as cpu and vram limitations. I would be more impressed if the Vega 56 could run PS5 ports and Unreal Engine 5 games like Returnal, Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, Robocop, Star Wars Jedi Survivor and Starfield at 1440p high settings at 60 fps.

@@LiquidSnake690 it runs any of the games you mentioned at 60 fps... But at 1440p with high preset? No thats not how it works, shouldn't even ask that question if you already knew it needs rx 6800-level of power for that settings AND target framerate

Well, I kinda liked your video. Sure you might need a rx 6800 to run Starfield at 1440p 60 but I like seeing how these older cards do.

Set the voltage to -100mv, memory to 920mhz, and depending on the power limit set, it automagically runs faster and/or cooler, quieter, and using less power

In the Forspoken Demo (which is not the most recent) my Vega56 does ~80 FPS on Low and ~40 FPS on Standard. Is the full game so much more demanding? 😃

@@jevonrulez16 I dunno. To make it reproducible, I started the demo and answered "No" to the tutorial stuff and pressed [Tab] and [Esc] once the game asks you to check the objectives. So the camera position is the same for everyone who tries this. - Low settings ........... 1440p: 94 FPS, 140 W - Standard settings ... 1440p: 48 FPS, 150 W - High settings .......... 1440p: 34 FPS, 160 W I checked another video of someone using a RX 6700, which is 70% faster and they got 56 FPS in that location. So Vega56 should have ~33 FPS on High. It adds up. Probably just the demo being "special".
