These things killed my huge lawn in 2 days! I hate bugs with a passion but its weird I love watching documentaries on them🤨🤔🧐 We call them Christmas beetles. Prob because here un Oz they bombard us at Xmas ❤

I live in So-Cal and our “June bugs” are small tan-brown beetles. They literally only show up for about a month at that time. But that’s not their real name. So I guess this is just what Americans do with beetles that primarily show up… only around June 😂

Tip: don't feed them to your pets (spiders, scorpions, etc). They are poisonous to them. I lost a tarantula that way.
