For some reason this lead me to thinking about if she could be in canon because I'm a dumb stupid nerd who overthinks things and depending on when the show itself takes place, Pomni *could've* seen G1 at the very least because it and the game Digital Circus was based on both released in the late 80s.

For now, it's still an experiment. I don't know if it will actually protect the video, but in UKposts's FAQs it is said that videos with paid promotion can not be in UKposts Kids. Therefore, I assume that UKposts's kids-bots (and/or employees) will not touch videos with paid promotion in the first place. But for now, it's still just a theory and time will tell if it will be left alone. When someone pays you in some form for advertisement, you are legally obliged to say that your video contains paid promotion. For that reason, there is a checkbox for "contains paid promotion" when you upload a video. It's beneath the "it's for kids"-checkbox.
