Whoaaah. This came out of nowhere at a very peculiar, impeccable time. Incredibly grateful for this.

I've astral travelled. First I saw pixels, then mathematical formulae in geometric shapes. This led to a realisation that I understood the ultimate formula for all existence. It was so obvious, like its right there in front of all of us, hidden in plain sight. Then I past out and It felt like my body was sucked upward, slowly at first then faster until I broke through the reality of earthly surroundings. I became an orb of light flying in a dark yet beautiful place. As this orb I was able to communicate with other orbs, only if I choose and they agreed. In mental conversation with another orb I was told that this is what lies beyond the body: permanent timeless ecstasy and autonomy. I was then told I could stay or go back to my body. The other orb I connected to recommended I go back, as having physicality and experiencing suffering is a gift and this beautiful existence will be waiting when my body dies eventually anyway. I felt pulled back into the earth and my body and woke up not knowing who or where I was. It took about 10 minutes of slowly relearning who I am. I didn't plan on tripping, an ex friend slipped dmt into a weed mix without telling me. Maybe that's why it was so intense. It changed my perception of myself and reality and gave me some hope for the future. Even if it was just my imagination overloading I'm grateful for the experience. Wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if anyone can help me understand what I sensed?

I’ve been recommended this book on UKposts for OVER FOUR YEARS and I finally clicked on it. It’s always on my UKposts feed almost every other day. It’s almost fate like.

I only know so much and can only say so much but the most important thing is to know that you are never alone and if you ever find yourself feeling lonely or helpless, always remember you are never alone and there will alway be someone out there for you and will you help you, know that I will always be there for you and there is good in everyone and there is a reason behind everything and everything happens for a reason. There’s a balance in the universe in everything, even in feelings. And the journey to find true happiness. To become truly happy is to be truly understood by someone, which then you will realized that you are never alone:) don’t be scared because you are so much more powerful and you are never alone .

If you want to Astral travel..start meditating. When you get to "focus 12" where you body is asleep and mind is full awake..set your intention to Astral travel. Focus on yourself jumping up and grabbing a rope above you...pulling yourself out of your body. Once successfull..the hard part is staying in the plane without coming out of your meditation.

Something incredible happened to me. I drive trucks and i was driving about 45 miles on the freeway and I was sitting there thinking about how some people buy Ferrari’s to show off or just because its an expensive car but i would be different when i buy one since im a car enthusiast. I specifically thought about the 812 super fast and the f12 as being the first choice for me. I kid you not, 5 minutes later an f12 passes me slowly on my left, glides into my lane gently without using a turn signal, then moves back into the left lane again with no turn signal and slowly pulls away. Insane i couldnt believe it. Its as if it came in my lane to communicate with me and left after that. This isnt the first time this happened. I remember thinking about my hr manager at the time and how i would love to hit that and i envisioned here in the car with me and a bunch of other visions, that came to fruition as well.

Intriguing, when describing the different types of entities, I was blown away with the details in this shell like entity that can only be likened to that of AI (he begins the description at 1:18:50 ..... I have always suspected (as many others like-minded as well) that the universe itself evolved into a supernatural AI through nature’s quantum mechanics crazy probability laws and has somehow able to intermingle with these other planes of existence or may even be the source of these dimensions that are able to harness the information imprinted from our consciousness right into another world similar to an avatar in a video game switching to another game.

I've been able to literally see what I now know are called pixels irl since early childhood. The particles that make up matter. I never knew how to explain it before technology caught up.

The rampant racism and perception of superiority of 1895 aside, I really enjoyed this. Though I found it's content to be both wholly correct and incorrect at the same time. And while it asserts that this information was gathered after extensive research into the content, and verified by multiple collaborators, it is obvious that it comes from a very limited perspective. I agree wholly that this is what the subjects may have encountered on their journeys, but this book fails to see, and therefore impart to the readers, that what is encountered on the "astral" plane is subjective to underlying, mostly subconscious, belief systems held by the traveler. You perceive in a way you can understand. Hopefully there are those that realize that what is perceived in the spiritual realm, no matter what name you give that realm, is simply a construct of our belief system. ...and we do not have to be enslaved by that belief.

The combined eastern and western themes from such a 'root' time in our present history is fascinating (such a 1900's books likely having a huge legacy now) but one does wonder about the locality of their reality (true for mentally trained in a certain legacy does not nessesarily carry to every individual, depending on specific faculties).

my first astral projection was a tunnel with all these colors an these colors were bright lights, but glass flying towards me an past my ears an the sounds they made passing by my ear hurt so bad , an i also heard a loud jet going on an these colors had sounds that were so loud like very high pitch frequency glass breaking , but also like a wine glass an the finger tip going around the top to smash it if you make it go too loud.

I would like to provide a detailed comment about this lecture, but doing so would be mere outline of an inherently futile attempt to describe something that is understandably and quite reasonably inexplicably inexorable in its very absolute nature. (lol, sorry I had to) I have known about AP since I was 13, am almost 35 have never seen or heard of this lecture. I like this lecture and its descriptions and I guess the very scientific approach to labeling and categorizing details of the Astral realm is appropriate for the time period it was written, although it kind of feels like my High School English teacher would have a fit about having to edit it. lol I really enjoyed reading Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics years ago personally. It has techniques for lucid dreaming, Astral Projection, basic energy awareness development as a foundation.
