This case really made me think the police left some things unsolved. Really the evidence was not conclusive- something was happening for sure but to convict them as murderers based on the evidence they had…? They didn’t even investigate the man who found her and reported her body although he was a known criminal

It felt like the police were pushing to find the parents guilty even if there wasn't strong evidence. Alot if it was circumstantial . The jurors were biased and the town as well. The parents had no chance.

It was a case where the parents were railroaded hardcore. There was so much wrong with the police investigation and the prosecution. Watch the documentary about it as well as this. This is a case of forcing “evidence” to fit a police narrative they invented. There was so much pressure on the police they just screwed over the parents. It was horrific.

Terrible true story. The part where they convicted the parents. Prosecutor headed in for them. All I needed to hear was someone else's DNA was on her t-shirt. And it was male semen DNA 🧬 Does poor people are in prison. I can only hope that an attorney watch this movie and decides to get them out. I don't even want to watch the rest of the movie I stopped at "24 hours" Those people love their daughter very much In the prosecutor didn't care about the truth he wanted to be right the man is full of pride. Not interested in the real killer. That's why when there was another guy as a suspect he told him not to tell anyone. It's a witch Hunt He would rather be right and send innocent people to jail. They should be disbarred. I believe it was Murillo and the picture was tampered with. Can't wait to click not for me 100 movie category

That´s what the jury said but anyway nobody except them can be assured at 100%. In fact dued to her mental illnnes, not even the mother could be assured she didn´t do it. There is many evidence against them, but not a certainty. A very sad, haunting and distrubing story.
