The guy who is laughing is probably Paul Dano but imagine if that was Barry Keoghan’s joker. That laugh fits this universe so well.

"See you in hell." Batman trapped in the water??? Wild guess. The riddler is actually the........ the joker. Or there's a connection there. Why? This new batman feels the director is pulling a lot of ideas from the dark knight returns graphic novel😈😈😈😈 Cool. Just my wild guess. Either way, I'm looking forward to see this movie.

Maybe one or two little elements are from TDKR. But the comics that really inspired a lot of the movie are: - Year One - The Long Halloween - Dark Victory And yeah.... wild guess but no.. Riddler it's not Joker.
