It's really disappointing that there are no black women on this list. Not just for the sake of having women of color but because there are so many iconic looks worn by black actresses that should be included. Lupita Nyong'o in Dior & Gucci, Halle Berry in Reem Acra, Octavia Spencer in Tadashi Shoji and Kerry Washington in Marchesa, Zuhair Murad, Jean-Paul Gaultier, and well pretty much everything she's worn at Cannes. I get that fashion, like art, is subjective, but these looks were on so many best dressed lists it's hard to believe Harper's couldn't think of even one to include.

There were so many other Asian actresses who wore so much better and non except Aishwarya and Deepika made the list. Asian Actors exist!!
