I can suggest some fidgets like a mesh and marble DNA balls or any other stress ball snakes or wacky tracks and may be small simple dimples with one big bubble to pop 😘

Not even at 1 min yet but for when your trying to sleep I recommend squishy‘s!! Cuz there not loud and the squishys can help stress! It also won’t hurt u in the night if u fall asleep with it in your hands! And I also don’t recommend small squishy‘s! There also a soft pillow with your head but don’t use it when you have wet hair I learned that the hard way!!
