It is a stoma/colostomy bag/pouch or sometimes known as an ileostomy bag/pouch. Some people call them different names. I've had a for colostomy bag for almost 19 years now as I had severe Crohn's disease and Colitis too. I had 2 major operations to remove the affected intestine and I only have around a third of it left. I've just found this channel when it came up in my shorts recommendations so I'm not sure what this lady's story is but I'm so proud of her for wearing a bikini and seemingly not let her pouch/bag affect what she wants to wear or if other people see it. I wish I had her confidence. I would only wear a highly patterned one piece bathing suit and wear what was called a swimming cap over my stoma, basically a very small round bag and not a normal sized one. These unfortunately came with there own issues so swimming time was always limited. Sorry I've rambled on but hope that it helps you.
