So I would assume that implies that it's the first ever AI he built which is why it's so stupid but also why Tony won't get rid of it (he says he isn't sentimental, but he didn't throw away the glass case Pepper made for him, so...)

She's getting a TV show that starts production in 2022. To me, this establishes that I wasn't entirely wrong about this. The nano tech in the MCU where suits can appear out of nowhere just by listening to your mind, and merge, mesh, morph etc into other things (Like Tony's hammer arm he hit Thanos with turning into a regular arm, then a sword etc) isn't possible irl. At least not yet, and not anytime soon. Probably won't be for at least another 100-200 years, and that's me lowballing a number. Nano Technology irl is literally just what the name says it is. Its technology that is small, like VERY small. 1-100 nanometres in size
