For ~32 pieces (~520g):
- 100g butter( room temperature)
- 80g sugar
- 1 egg
~220g flour
- 20g apricots
- 60g nuts (I have hazelnuts)
- 2 tsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves)
- 1 tsp.baking powder
- 1 tbsp. water
Glaze:
- 60g powdered sugar
- 2-3 tsp lemon juice (or water, milk)
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~15-20 minutes. Baking time depends on the peculiarities of your oven.
