Well, let's see how it turns out. Dune is one of the oldest sci-fy universes out there and it's fucking huge. There's a lot they can do wrong if they don't research the lore behind it properly and in that case, the hardcore fanbase will tear that movie apart.

Nowadays movies being a mess is an understatement and more like a white carpet that has been pissed on too many times in addition to having goat vomit and nightmare inducing. If that movie is bad it will torn apart down to the atomic structure.

They should make an ensemble movie about the Rise of the Midnight Sons. Have it feature Blade, Morbius, Ghost Rider, Werewolf by Night and Doctor Strange vs Lilith and her spawn. Jason Statham as Johnny Blaze and Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange would carry the movie quite well, no matter who the other actors were.

Yeah, I wonder what and how they gonna solve that problem. The MCU is having that issue right now with Black Panther. It's possible, last i heard pauls brother was up for filling the role. The franchise in general is becoming meh though, the only thing keeping it alive is the how the cast work together so well.

@@ProxoDJ yes Paul's brother has said he would take over the role as brain temporarily so they can find a fit ending for him, until then they have his brother as a stand in using CGI and old voice samples they have augmented to make him look and sound like Paul as he did before
