contrary to what you think, cero cornea is actually barely effected by speed and is near useless without kendo/hakuda unless you have a full true combo off ragdoll. But then again you can use other things to ragdoll them.

True vasto is sum buns other than that doe, dodge variant has a long cooldown unless you hit cero and strata does like 40% of a bar when we have moves like flower passage cancel into crescent doing a bar. also every other true modes buff speed moves by increasing range and dmg the only thing dodge variant has is that combo and it can still be stopped.
