Oh stop it! GM made a mistake in partnering with a fake company. Now they don’t wanna look stupid and break the partnership, obviously they will stick with Nikola. GM is also a dying company if they don’t start innovating.

I really hate this "Hindenburg a short seller etc" narrative. I only ever invested into companies who I believe will succeed, but after watching Nikola since its launch/ presentation of its Nikola 1 and with Trevor recent media days spam i was thinking of shorting my first stock, Nikola. Coming to the conclusions that Hindenburg came to and not shorting Nikola would be lunacy. So it's not a report that came from a short position, but the other way round. CNBC and the general finance media is really sus on how they are treating Nikola in comparison to Tesla... I really wonder what's going on behind closed doors.

Even “Shorts” can’t knowingly lie about companies they’re shorting in an attempt to influence stock prices. So, Hindenburg is probably right.

Peace Meditate - I don’t like “Shorts” any more than you do, but knowingly lying about any corporation in order to influence stock prices is an SEC Violation (loss of trading privileges & a substantial fine), punishable under Civil Law (with potential for “Substantial Punitive Damages”) &, if the act is bad enough, punishable as a Federal Offense. Given the penalties Hindenburg could suffer, there’s very little motivation to lie, especially if NKLA could demonstrate that what Hindenburg is saying about NKLA is demonstrably false. That being, the case, we can assume that most of what Hindenburg is saying is true.

Meanwhile The EU is forcing out Facebook over "PRISM" NSA spying on the entire world through US tech companies. The EU just laid down the law and warned US tech companies they cant share EU citizen data with the US Gov. You would know that if you weren't ignorant. Banning Chinese companies is hypocrisy at it's best because the rest of the world is well aware that the NSA is spying on them and their government. Just go ask Angela Merkel about NSA wiretapping her phone or how Juniper Network having back doors planted in their source code by the NSA.
