I'd love to see Brits workout routine and meal plan! I've been working out 3-4 times a week since May but I've hit a wall for months. I think a lot of it is my diet, or lack there of lol. And I think you do a lot other things besides just salad all day every day, no junk ever, like most fitness people.

I eat whatever I want and as long as I stay under 1800 calories I lose weight it doesn’t matter what you eat or if you work out you just have to stay active (this isn’t a healthy choice just thought I would share)

I tried it keto for about a month but it really wasnt practical for my life, I dont like a lot of what they suggest like fish and avocado. The eggs I loved but it got old. I think personally I need to have a plan that's not quite that restrictive, just more moderated amounts of bad stuff vs. good? And calorie counting is nice but really hard when you cook something, especially from scratch because you're trying to input ever little thing so it's nice to just have a plan laid out that is already in the calorie range you need to be in. Thank you guys though, I'm definitely going to keep trying! 😊

If you get a mini pig just make sure you know the size, because mini pigs or Julianna pigs don’t fit in a teacup when they are full grown. They are bigger than people think. They still can be great pets, but I noticed people get them and sell them because they grow up and get bigger. It’s important to see the parents as well.

I hardly ever listen to music. I love it but I get busy and forget to turn it on. I am thankful I have never smoked. As an elderly person, I am on oxygen and had I smoked I would have really been sick.I wish you would come out with a meal plan. I have a really hard time losing weight.I love you guys. Just spending time with you is such a joy!
