Great series I'm from Northern BC& lived in Vancouver for 23 years now I'm in PG, there are so many people who have gone missing just disappear or are murdered and no one ever gets charged... it is great to know someone cares enough to compile and make a very interesting video series 👍👍 keep up the good work you make amazing videos ❤

Rcmp makes some fake stories to justify their taxation and terrorism. Some can be real. Many are fake. Like the boys getting sks rifles, so they can hijack a boat and go across the ocean. A Walmart employee doesn't think he can operate a large freight boat. What a joke. Sounds like a great excuse to ban guns, and tax people for maritime security services and navy.

I certainly think the supernatural element is overplayed by criminal aspects within BC. It's easier to get away with murder when you can blame mysterious circumstances. Keeping in mind that heavily forested/mountainous regions are generally very difficult to navigate and thoroughly search, it's not surprising to me that so many go missing in the 'B.C. Triangle', since it seems like an enormous area of largely uninhabited land. The most concerning reveal of this series has been the sheer amount of missing persons cases that begin in Vancouver. It makes me wonder how many 'problematic' individuals have been whisked out of the area and dumped someplace in the wilderness, never to be seen again. It's truly awful to imagine, but considering the commonality between the criminals discussed in this series (constantly burning vehicles, using false identities to evade police), it wouldn't be surprising to me if the answer to all those cases was that simple. Although, anyone who's been to downtown Vancouver can tell you, it's an easy place to get lost. There's so many eerie corners and rundown homes. It's a terrifying place to visit, but it's also the place where most of the province's biggest concerts and events take place. Makes sense that a lot of crime and corruption would be centred there.

Don’t mistake media, be it MSM or TY channels, for reality. A lot of it focuses on negative things cause no one can look away from a dumpster fire. In reality, all important indicators are pointing in the right direction. Global countries that are democracies, global access to education, worldwide killings, child labor, literally anything that’s important has been improving over the last few decades. It’s slow. But we’re moving in the right direction. However, that gets no clicks and views. Catastrophes and the darkest corners of human existence do. It’s just the way it is. But it doesn’t matter as long as we’re moving in the right direction. Here you go. This’ll hopefully brighten your outlook. www.google.com/amp/s/www.vox.com/platform/amp/2014/11/24/7272929/global-poverty-health-crime-literacy-good-news And let me end on an even more positive note, a quote from the late great Dr Wayne Dyer: “This world is perfect and your desire to improve it is part of that perfection.”

There's a 3 episode documentary called "Sasquatch" about California's "Emerald triangle" where people go missing all the time. I imagine BC's hills have the same issues for the same reasons. People are under the impression legalization will get rid of that, but I'm not so convinced. I think it'll get rid of the dealers like your boy Teddy who sells out of his moms basement, but I don't see it eradicating the "hard" people who will end you for taking a stroll down the wrong path that leads to their grow op or w/e they're running out there. It might shrink how many there are, but the ones left standing at the end will probably be distilled into even harder people.

This is definately not the work of a serial killer. Some of these are clearly organized crime or gang/drug related. Others seem to be suicides or getting lost in the wilderness type thing. The only thing all these cases have in common is how incompetantly they were handled. I remember the RCMP trying to find those 2 teenagers who killed the couple up in northern BC. It took them weeks to find the two killers, putting all their resources into the search, the 2 who were teenagers, didnt hide at all and drove in that guys R4 across western Canada on the TransCanada highway. And the only reason they were found is because of the native trapper. Embarassing for the RCMP. Similar thing happened here in Quebec. A father put his two little kids in the car, drove a ways , stopped and killed them and then walked to a nearby camper and killed himself in it. It took the cops 12 days to find him. You really have to wonder what is going on with the police.

Hello, I truly am fascinated by your videos and research into native cultures, the Norse and the mind bending phenomena that I'm watching here with the BC Triangle. the triangle especially tickles my intrigue as i grew up all over BC primarily inside it (the triangle) Kelowna,Williams lake,Kamloops, salmon arm etc. Recently i moved to the Komoks valley (temporarily as i travel and explore all over BC) on Vancouver island and have started exploring different areas along or around the gold river highway (28) and highway 19A. so far I have found some pretty strange happenings around here as i continue to explore such as the underground cave system at Horne Lake, for example strange apparitions are reported to have been seen in the caves by many people so much so even the tour guides turn off their head lamps as a part of the tour and explain this phenomenon many people start to report seeing faces and hands and turn their head lamps back on.. another curious case are these water carved stone river bowls or pools if you will, to date I have been to the china bowls,the medicine bowls (located on vancouver island) and the 7 sacred pools in Maui i believe they are all connected in some strange way there is a odd number of drownings and disappearances related to these places and if you trace the map back to Patagonia the 7 sacred pools in Maui fit in with Vancouver island...... i don't know maybe i'm crazy maybe i'm not..... all i know is the best way to find things out is to immerse yourself in whatever your trying to learn about and i always take a hand on approach! as i have extensive bush history myself and in my family my grandfather, grandson of August lillos (one of the first norweigan settlers to come to the west coast) started a township near Boston bar in the middle of the Nahadalatch valley and raised my father off grid in the woods and my father raised me nearly the same with the exception of public school thus its fair to say although i hate sounding like one of those egotistical know it all's that i do in fact know my way around many different types of bush and Terran from rain forests to deserts i'm your guy! So .... if YOU (Hammerson Peters) or ANYONE on here would like to work with me i will be your eyes on the ground i would love to film and document strange and dangerous places ill do it for free! i just want the opportunity to share some of the mystery's of nature and history as well as the beauty that goes with it it truly is spectacular. Anyways this probably wont get far but hey your in my neck of the woods on this big floating rock so its worth a shot eh? haha cheers! or as my ancestors say. skål! -Matt Phoenix

I get the feeling that the police are not disclosing information that they should and not investigating many areas in which they should. All similarities should be investigated no matter what they believe. Maybe the RCMP and/or the police are in on a few of these missing people. When a creepy dude can pick up many prostitutes and not have his whole farm torn from one end to the other and he gets arrested and released and cases just get dropped. Maybe there is some underground business going on. When things with similarities are brought to thier attention and they shrug it off.... Either that or they just want to do minimal work for the same pay and are just taking notes and filing them away, get out do searches and feel good enough.

Lot of land to search, well put together mini series Even though it's a bit depressing there's obviously criminal activity involving a lot of the disappearance's I'm more into the true mystery 411 cases. The ones that just vanish, damn strange.

What is strange about a murderer attempting to hide evidence. I live in the UK and can assure you we have a long history of victim concealment. From disolving bodies in acid to bricking them up, hiden under the floor boards, stuffed in drains, or dismemberment. British murderers seem very different to their USA cousins who often seem to murder to make a statement and therefore leave a load of bodies in plain sight. Where as British murderers tend to have an adversion to being caught and so some go to great lengths to conceal evidence. So hiding evidence is more the criminal's norm rather than being 'strange'.

I lived a bit in North Delta close to Surrey and people there where very agressive. You couldn't even park in front of their house because they believed that the street in front was belonging to them and not the city so they almost go at you to hit you, yelling and shouting. Very keen to go to road rage as well, one try to hit our car with his truck and make us go off the road in the city. He was fallowing us keep hitting the horn, try to go in front us to make us have an accident. He was the one who had cut us in fish tail. For Surrey there is lot of street gangs, we move out of there at soon as we could.

If i recall correctly, when the media was first reporting about the deaths of Lucas Fowler and China Deese they mentioned someone had seen the couple in a heated debate with a man. I don't remember the details but the description of this man was different than either Kam McLeod or Briar Schmegelsky.
@zzz7zzz9
@zzz7zzz9 2 роки тому
that was clearly a false report. people are always quick to try to get attention. it's pretty clear that they did to the couple, what they attempted to do to the guy further up the road. some workers drove by them earlier, and they were sitting in chairs, outside the van, waiting for it to cool down or something, apparently having overheated. i'd say the two drove past them, saw them, then made their decision to do what they did.
@startcascadia789

@@zzz7zzz9 That would make sense. I was listening to the radio back then for more news about the report of that heated conversation the passerby saw.. The media should clarify the false reports that they broadcast. I guess I was hoping it wasn't those two boys. Thanks for your reply.

Well damn Canada! Look at you gettin' yo gangsta on... Although this is a good documentary, well researched and well put together, I feel like including those last few individuals who have really nothing to do with the _Triangle_ were unnecessary. I understand that you felt the need to sort of use the criminal element in order to contrast the more mysterious events, but just because that one guy that went missing may have been involved with the underworld and was connected to the last 2 guys along with being in that area doesn't make it a Missing 411 case or something rare at all. I feel like this last segment was more a filler rather than a correlation possibly because someone involved with this channel has some personal stock in the matter. That being said, it might have been better off had the series ended with a transition from the Triangle events into the criminal element you included in the last part which honestly could be a series on its own. All in all I still enjoyed it and as I stated the production value is awesome, just some constructive criticism for possibly an updated series that delves more into the underworld and political corruption that goes along with it. I noticed that police were very careful not to tread on certain toes around there and constantly used the old "the evidence doesn't seem to indicate {blank}_____" excuse for fear of ruffling "so & so's" feathers. They do the same thing here in the states, especially when they're lying or getting ready to lie about something.
