You know, the blasteel shoulder pieces of the clone armor made me think of something. If you go back and watch season one of the clone wars, you can see the clones putting there shoulder into a blaster bolt fire during combat. Just a neat little detail I realized

I wonder how strong would a parachute need to be to support your average clone trooper given that the armor is heavy.

Talking about trooper armour, I always wrote it off as useless but in hindsight the fact that it protects from secondry dangers like gases, temperature, ect alone is reason enough to wear it. Even completely discounting it as protection vs guns, it's still functionally a spacesuit. For an army designed to fight on many diffrent worlds, that's kind of mandatory.

What never made sense to me, is that if the Kaminoans were such expert cloners, you'd think they'd have intricate knowledge of how humans work down to the cellular structure. And with Jengo Fett and other mercenaries helping them design things, how on Kamino did the Phase 1 armor come out uncomfortable and painted in a spectrum that Kaminoans should very well be aware that humans can't see?

My theory for the use of watercrafts is that they would be used to attack installations that were near or on bodies of water but had AA capabilities, therefore, making flying in impossible or at least far too dangerous.

I have always loved the armor, def so more when I learned that USUALLY a chest hit that makes a trooper drop isn't fully fatal. Hey Geetsly, can you do a video on the naming behind vehicles such as the x wing, y wing, and such. I mean they make sense for us since that's the English character they look like, but galactic basic doesn't really have those characters so a lore reason for why would be interesting.

166 RPM seems really low. Looking at footage of the Z-6 in action seems to show a much higher rate of fire. I'd say it's closer to 960 RPM based on footage of Thorn's last stand, which places it closer to the ballpark of a real minigun.

How do you keep messing up the rate of fire for the z6?! Every time you say it shoots around 150 per minute, when it really shoots that amount every second.

Now combine their armor with Crysis 3 nano suit and you have a halo near-peer.

Enjoyed the video, but just some friendly & well intentioned education for ya: at 57:00, you described the Z6 rotary blaster as having “an incredibly high rate of fire” at around 160-ish rounds per minute. That’s not a high rate of fire. That’s an incredibly *low* rate of fire, particularly for a Gatling/mini-gun inspired weapon. Some of the slowest real machine guns, such as the UMP 45 and the AK platform of rifles have cyclic rates of 600 rounds per minute. The M134 (modern minigun) shoots 6000 rounds per minute. I don’t know where you got the info, maybe you’re quoting some SW guide and the guide got it wrong, so I’m not flaming or shit posting, just saying that if you’re gonna do a video in part describing firearms, even fictional firearms, maybe do some research first. Otherwise you kind of sound like someone who’s producing documentary style content but has no idea what they’re talking about…which kinda defeats the point of producing documentary style content…

Loved this video when i started watching this. But the random unrelated pictures was very off putting. Especially since for example when you spoke about the flame troopers you used multiple pictures but later on more pictures of them came up, so you didn't need to add random pictures cause you had more pictures of them. Even in the middle of talking about the hover bikes you put up pictures of rocket launchers, multiple times! At the start of the video i think most of the pictues matched what you were saying but as time passed it just got worse. I think you got lazy while editing the video
