Pretty sure an alien would know exactly the conundrum the rover was in, or more specifically the humans controlling the little rover were in. Probably somewhat entertaining. Perhaps they'd take bets on what we'd do.

When would water curve around an object instead of laying flat in it's container like it does naturally? How do two pressure systems co-exist without a solid layer of separation? How does the oxygen not equilibrate into to "space" like it naturally should? I don't even have to wait for your answer because I know that you've been programmed to say gravity even though you have no idea if it even exists.
@phatstrats6015

All of your questions could be easily answered though otherwise why the fuck are you out of all people the guy who has disproven a spherical Earth. You are either a troll or someone who think they are smarter than they are. A Spherical Earth is proven you can even watch Nasa's livestream constantly right now. Grow some brain cells or stop trolling.
@lebranjomes8498
@lebranjomes8498 6 років тому
You can't deny liquid physics, link me any study proving water would conform to a shape in "zero gravity". You won't because there is none because it's impossible. The channel called Beyond the Imaginary Curve is a great source of natural observation, which is all I'm doing. Bridges are never built with curves and neither are railways. Prove to me the Earth is a globe without using Nasa's videos and pictures.

@@Saddam-Hussein Neil Degrasse Tyson said it best regarding to this ''Why explore in space when we have problems here on Earth? ' topic. I am going to quote from him if you are willing to read. “Let’s imagine we’re all back in the cave, so go back into the cave. We’re sitting around the fire and somebody’s injured or has problems and someone says, ‘I want to go across the meadow to that mountain.’ Other people in the cave say, “No leaving the cave until we solve the cave problems first. We have to solve these first before anybody leaves the cave.” Tyson pauses for a second, and says, “That is clearly an embarrassingly short-sighted view for any community to have.” He points out that as “we are clamoring for resources on this speck we call Earth” or “fighting over a line in the sand where the buried energy sources are or access to resources that are dwindling,” people overlook how space can be a solution. “I look out in space with its limitless energy. And everything that’s rare on Earth-common in space,” says Tyson. “You know rare earth elements, you might’ve heard of them? There are asteroids where they are not rare. They’re common.” so, educate yourself before calling people who are at the frontier trying to improve the survival/sustainability of human species ''dumb''.

Not really, these types of things people do not for money but for the passion it self. You see people like Elon, that takes all his money he earns back to his businesses, and repayments of loans and also to his people as he pays very high. Some people truly just love what they do, and that is when the big money comes into play. Peole that strive to make big pay checks really never get to far, and emtionally have been proven to have a higher chance of depression later in their lives.

+Jack theripper NASA doesn't have the necessary funds to get man on Mars yet. Read into it, it's actually really interesting how far we still have left. We have no idea how to keep radiation out of a capsule of a spacecraft in space yet, we have no idea how to land anything over one ton on the surface of Mars (estimated 20 tons for all supplies needed for a colony). Not to mention we have no idea how to keep the astronauts alive that long ( testing a hypothesized MOXIE on next rover in 2020 that could be the answer). In all honesty NASA needs a larger budget. At only .4% national GDP they can only really do research and not execute things they really want to. They spend most of their budget on satellites.
@Avaruusnuija
@Avaruusnuija 8 років тому
+Jack theripper It is because there's all kinds of treaties and such in place which state that space is "common heritage of mankind" and we shouldn't let people profit from space and stuff. That's the biggest thing slowing down our conquest of space. Watch a video from Vsauce called "Who Owns The Moon?" if you're interested. Also, like +Chris Yates pointed out, there's many things we still need to figure out. It'd help if NASA got a larger budget. Oh well, maybe some day when USA stops being silly and spends less on war.
