Wow thanks everyone for the feedback. I don't know why there was a sudden spike in the views, but I'm glad most of you like it. I'm still working on the 2nd episode and I can't say when it'll come out but I am still working on it albeit slowly. Took notes on some of the comments I received to improve and I'll do my best to apply those to the next episodes. I feel your pain on voice actors, I once asked my friends to read some lines and they gave the most dry emotionless response I've ever heard, with nothing but off timing or missing ques.

This feels like a 2000’s cartoon.

This gets recommended to me almost a year later and right when Spooky Month starts

The style looks so much like most of Cartoon Network’s shows, Samurai Jack is one of them, and I LOVE it!

First hazbin hotel, then cliff side, and now this? Something tells me there is going to be a giant boom in animation! And also this is awesome dude. I like how you set it up in a way that doesn’t show too much at once, but at the same time not to little. Keeping a mystery element to it. 10/10

This art style is like a mix of Symbiotic Titan, Danny Phantom, and the Total Drama series and I absolutely love it

But... but the ghost didn’t seem like a bad guy? He was just chilling. And then he was defending himself. :(

This is way better than a lot of animations from companies, from everything to the music to the near perfect syncing, the voice acting, and the premise. And that humor, spot on!

This was wonderful. How have I not heard of this before now? Also, this gives me a bit of a Bleach/Soul Eater vibe, which is something that I personnally consider a bonus, since they’re both franchises that I love.

Have you ever considered pitching this series to Adult Swim or the like? Because that's how great this is.

Animation quality is beyond professional. Art style is amazing and recognizable, even if the fight choreography is a bit stiff. And for a short pilot it shows a lot of potential. Can't wait to see more of this.

Another great animation with high potential... And here i am sitting in a chair watching this since last year.

In name of everything, why this doesn't have more attention? The animation, the designs, the colors and voice acting are amazing!

I like this a lot, the animation and art style is amazing and the voice acting is good however my only criticism would be that the story seems a bit trite at the moment; a girl gets thrown into the profession of grim reaper without introduction to the character, minimal objection from her part and the situation seemingly doesn't bother her and she just kind of let herself be dragged into this without any objections or questions.

I really like the art style and the animation is very polished. If i may criticize it a bit, i don’t get to really know the main character at all. She spends most of the short asking questions, to the point that its a bit annoying. And i really can’t tell any characteristics about her other than she doesn’t like the weird things she’s getting into. But generally a good first episode. Looking forward to more.

I remember seeing this like a year ago and i finally found it again.

when i say "the dark harvest", I thought, invader zim

The pacing felt a bit weird, and some of the animation/voice-acting fell a bit flat, but I assume most of that is due to the smaller scope of the production. I'd assume this was created more as a pilot episode to show off to studios and hopefully get some backing. With a Studio's support, this could turn into a fantastic show.

I'm not sure why this popped in my recommended so late but this is super pretty. These backgrounds are crazy gorgeous!!! I know everyone already said it reminds them of 2000s shows with a bit of spin but man it really does and that was such a good time for me so I'm especially enjoying it.

definitely liking the art style. And not bad for a taste of what could be a series. So much good potential out here in UKposts not many people see much sadly. Even I haven't seen half of what most of these people create that have the potential to be amazing. And what little I have im amazed.

90 percent of comments: "Why didn't youtube reccomend me this earlier this is amazing" 10 percent of youtube comments: actual criticism i really enjoyed this. i didn't find the characters annoying like some people did for this episode if it keeps up i could find it annoying, but for one episode it was fine. in a lot of cartoons and shows like the first episode to fairly odd parents and grim adventures of billy and mandy the main characters ask a lot of questions. my criticism is the action needs to be more fast paced. it wasn't bad, but a longer action scene wouldn't keep my interest this was really good though and I enjoyed it i had a feeling that it was like a classic cartoon from the early to mid 2000s but with very modern animation looking forward to episode 2

This is a really great show. The intro and style remind me of “Villainous” and the storyline seems like a cross between “Danny Phantom” and “The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy”. Overall really amazing work.

Animation: Great Story: Interesting Execution: Main Character was really annoying with all the questions to the point that I wanted to bash my head wanting her to just get started already. Conclusion: Well worth working on if you want to although you will need an editor.
