Very deep and soothing OM Mantra Chants recited 108 Times.
Everything in this world is a vibration!! And our physical health, our mental wellness and even the emotional wellbeing all are affected by the vibrations we are exposed to. The vibrations of sound, vibrations or vibes or aura of the people. The vibration of our environment. Each of these things have impact on us and when we chant, we tune ourselves to these positive vibrations of mantras. Even just listening to these chants, we are altering the vibrations and energy field of everything in and around us.
As you meditate along, the vibrations of OM sound will help in vibrating the cells of the body, and cleansing the aura, developing a positive energy vibrational field in and around you. OM is also the seed mantra of Third Eye Chakra - The Ajna. When Meditating and concentrating on this chakra helps in calming the mind.

It's been over a decade since I last meditated. Recently after hurting my back and getting old I found myself trying yoga. Today after my yoga session I decided to try meditating again while listening to some Raga Yaman. While relaxing into the meditation (which took some time due to lack of practice) I began chanting Ommmm. It wasn't forced nor did I consciously begin doing it. I actually didn't notice I was doing it until I resonated with the sitar and my lips began vibrating. I realized that I was humming and opened my mouth to allow the sound outward. It felt incredible. When I finished my meditation I began researching what it was and I found this. I don't know, It's kinda cringey to share this story. But there is something there.

We should continue this spiritual practice that was invented by ancient Hindus 10000 years ago which is now stopped.... People are busy in development and in earning money (we should think how ancient Hindus do this types of things thousands of year ago)

This practice was brought to India from Africa. In Africa, they practiced kimetic yoga. OM is suppose to be the sound of the universe.

Good luck! I apparantly have a hereditary condition which is the opposite of sickle cell...too much iron in the blood, but it hasnt got me yet.

It will benefit you to listen but if you chant along you amplify the benefits. Charge your cells, stimulate the vegus nerve, vibrate all of your internal organs. If feels good to get a massage...internal organs need love as well. Love and light to all ❤️☯️

I was once told about a practice of repeating the Gayatri Mantra every day for 1,250 days, Approx 3 1/2 years. So I did. Everyday, no excuses, without missing a day, a full 108 times each day. This was MY personal journey, it taught me so much. The mantra is in me and with me now. I was happy to see your post mentioning it. Thank you.
