13:08 tbh, I personally donβt think itβs overkill at all. It looks fun and comfortable and itβs the type of place that I would want to hang out if I had a choice. Hey mike, you can drill a circle slot in the wall behind a cable, then run the cable down to the electrical box and then drill a side of the box out for the cable to hide it. It takes about 20 minutes!

That looks great. I'm addicted to aesthetically pleasing desk setups. For mine, I actually have my Nintendo Switch hidden below in my cable management / powerstrip holder. So I just have a wifeless controller next to my desk plant, and have my Switch running to my monitor docked, and the audio running to my PC, then playing out of my PC speakers (just try to use a ground-loop-noise-isolator, if you try to run Switch audio through your PC). I love having the Switch as like a hidden "bonus" to my desk.

Very nice setup and your video gave me a few new ideas on how to improve my own home office setup! I especially like the movable desk idea as I found tweaking my cable managements behind my Uplift Desk against the wall quite difficult. Iβm glad to find that they also have wheels for their desks so Iβll probably upgrade that soon. The zero gravity mode for the gaming chair is also very temping! I need to look into a chair like that for my gaming time too. Thanks a lot for your video!

The two plants you have are both known for filtering air and destroying mould in your home. I would suggest replacing the fake on with its real conterpart! :) They are aloe vera and snake plant or (sansevieria)

@J. Kim did a tiny bit of research and yeah you will need some sunlight. Some plants more than others so it's probably best to look for low maintenance ones. I think the ones he has shouldn't be too bad.. I picked up one fake one in the meantime but will likely switch later.

Great setup, nice attention to detail and thanks for sharing. I noticed that when you moved your desk the system had to start up again. One might say βobviouslyβ but Cyberpower has the slim SL700U. A neat, flat UPS battery backup that can be mounted to the desk. With a couple of power strips everything can plug into it and you have only the one power cable to the wall. The battery should last long enough for the few minutes to move the desk and not interrupt your setup.

Well I just order 2 of those desks man. 2 desks, 2 filing cabinets, 2 cable managements, and 2 desk shelves. One set up each for my wife and I since we both work from home. Awesome setup! Just a suggestion if your chair is struggling to move on the carpet, should get a chair mat for carpet.

I donβt know man, that setup would drive me nuts. Simplicity and minimalism work best for me. A good desk, ergonomic chair and lighting are key in my workspace. The rest I like to keep as simplistic as possible.
