The ice track is used by parents a lot to teach their kids how to correct the vehicle in case of a slide and by us other Fairbanks drivers who love drifting.

@pavelow235 its the training though. they do it to know how to control a skid with out going of the road and proceed to move forward

First thing he asks is if anyone has been drinking. Why would that matter if they are not on the road driving from a law enforcement opinion ?
