Kamala Harris was educated in Montreal Canada as a teenager at westmount high . It is impossible not to learn French at the same time your studies are in English for the 6-8 years she was in Canada. Everyday life is conducted in French in Montreal. Yet on her trip to France Kamala couldn’t put two words together in French. I believe she is way over her head in politics.
