long horse reminds me a lot of Mari Lwyd/the grey horse, which was a tradition here (now outdated, at least not practiced in my town) where someone would dress up with a horse skull, decorate it with ribbons and the like, and put on a pole covered with a white sheet (giving the appearance of a really long neck). The mari lwyd would enter the house after a while, and depending on whether the house could "fight her off", she would either raid the pantry for food, or leave. A visit from the mari lwyd is considered good luck for the new year

Honestly I'd like to see a series like this where the world is overthrown by Trevor Henderson's monsters and the humans fight back as one day a group of survivors see long horse and they thought of it as an enemy but then costume man appears and long horse protects them but is badly hurt and in this world they r only a few that can survive and few try to fight back and the group try to find new survivors (after long fights and journey)they gave up but at one last chance they find Trevor Henderson himself the creator of all monsters and he had been stuck their whatsoever and they help him and Trevor tels them there was still a cure but it would risk their life The group agrees and do it(after long journey this is season 2 btw) They fight one of the most hard monsters to kill(cartoon cat,cartoon dog,man with upside down face,Etc...)a few of them dies including Trevor Henderson but they didn't give up and try and try until they find the cure but to their dismise they would need to sacrifice a monster they almost given up until long horse had shown up and told them he would sacrifice himself to protect the humans and before long horse would sacrifice a final fight would appear all the monster shown up And a few other humans show up and fight the monsters as long horse too fight back(after a long fight)almost all of them defeated and only a few monsters are killed but yet there r still hundreds as the humans fight back on human shouted "GO LONG HORSE GO AND SAVE THE WORLD PLEASE!" And as long horse goes a new monster appear and it's a teleportation monster but then a human rushed to save long horse the main character himself long horse was sad but still had to go and almost all humans lost all the monsters were back to their dimensions and peace was brought back and after a few mins the last remaining humans finnaly realize they were all gone all thanks....to long horse. Please like this took a few mins

I have a theory: longhorse is from a different dimension and the Trevor Henderson monsters are beginning to leak into our world. But longhorse isn't like the others who are confused and scared and go on rampages. That's why he warns us and protects us because he is calm and understands that we're mire then just food and that we are sentient

Fun fact: In one piece of art by Trevor Henderson, he depicts Long Horse and Siren Head as cave paintings to imply that humans have encountered them for a long time. The cave painting of Siren Head shows humans trying to fight him as he stands over them threateningly. But the cave painting of Long Horse shows them encircling a trio of much calmer looking humans, humans who do not appear to be afraid or fighting back against Long Horse's presence. I think that says a lot about Long Horse and shows that this song is actually pretty accurate.

My cousin was traumatized by this cartoon cat video we saw a year and a half ago and she would always see cartoon cat in her dreams and it terrified her to the point where she couldn't sleep. Then I showed her this and she asked if it was true, that he would get rid of cartoon cat for her, and I said yes. I gave her a clay model of long horse and she fell asleep with him on her bed side table. She said he helped her sleep and cartoon cat doesn't even scare her anymore because long horse is there

Fact:Long horse livs undr grawnd.

That song gave me the idea of a story : A woman victim of nocturnal terror, sleep paralysis during which she sees monsters staring at her without her being able to react. One night she dreams of a strange horse, it has only a skull and a huge neck for body. She doesn't know if she should be afraid of him or not, but she sees him chasing demons out of his nightmares. When she wakes up she decides to create it, to mold it in clay and to hang it in her room, facing her bed. And it was effective, because from her first sleep paralysis and the appearance of the monsters, she saw them terrified in front of the sculpture of the horse. Since he decorated her bedroom, she finally feels serene at night.
