But when you watch the film, the way it plays out is pretty vague on who actually won. Still doesn't discount the fact that they gave him electric powers to give him a fair shot at Godzilla.

He could beat Gigan and a few versions of Ghidorah but nothing in the entire Monsterverse combined is beating anything from the Heisei era. Only Godzilla and Mechagodzilla could possibly beat Biollante because of how effective heat is to a plant. But if they get grabbed then it is over. Biollante was able to restrain a Godzilla that lifted a 1.2 mile long Island in his weakest form. He only gets even stronger from there and his later opponents scale directly to him

Kong was small enough he could stand in the Empire State Building and bullets killed him..Godzilla has always been bigger and stronger than that. Kong was given electric powers and sized up in the og Godzilla vs Kong. Godzilla’s pulse, judo moves, flying drop kick have all been taken away..Godzilla still thrashed him. Godzilla’s movie title is literally Godzilla King of the Monsters and all the Titans bowed down to him at the end. Kong even submitted in GvK before almost dying. Godzilla is very clearly the King
