I am greatly disappointed in the heavily biased lens through which the video presents this case as well as in the numerous inaccuracies and seemingly deliberate misconstruation of facts present throughout the video. Bryan Kohlberger has neither confessed to any of the charges brought against him, nor has he been found guilty by a court of law, so therefore he is presumed innocent until legally proven guilty - or at least in theory. According to the media-constructed narrative presented here, the alleged facts and evidence overwhelmingly point to Kohlberger as the culprit. In fct, had I not known that much of the so-called "evidence" purported here as fact is actually false or significantly altered, I would readily believe that Kohlberger is indeed guilty as charged and subsequently reject any evidence pointing toward the contrary. This is precisely why so many hundreds of innocent people get convicted and often receive death sentences every year in the United States. Well, that in addition to the generous monetary incentives the so-called "justice system " earns for every conviction. Whether one chooses to admit it or not, our entire legal system including the courts, judges, attorneys and law enforcement, is a capitalistic institution just like any other business and thus its primary objective is PROFIT. Guilty convictions with life incarcerations and/or capital punishment puts ridiculously insane mass amount of dollars in the pockets of each key player credited for helping bring so and so to justice. Innocent individuals wrongfully convicted are simply regarded by the system as "collateral" or an inevitable price citizens must be willing to sacrifice in the name of justice. This type of dangerously warped logic infuriates me and makes me embarrassed by my country. I am not saying Kohlberger is innocent. He very well just might be guilty. However, I will only declare him as such upon reviewing all of the information and weighing it accordingly. This is why it is so incredibly important that we stick exclusively to the unadulterated legitimate facts. Period.

As a criminal defense attorney, I always laugh when someone asks, "what is the motive?" First of all, there is no requirement in the law that the prosecution prove motive to get a conviction. Secondly, a person who is mentally disturbed doesn't need a motive to kill.

I was watching "Jules of all trades" one night and she showed a video of a white car (That looked like an Elantra to me) that circled the house the day they tore it down. Interesting, beings that BK can't be in 2 places at 1 time. That video said alot to me.

I don’t have the time or desire to educate you. I suggest you read the PCA, read all the documents in the case file, look at MPD press conferences and their website, listen to the families interviews and then you too will get it. And frankly I couldn’t care less if you don’t!! And read the comments below from others who are informed enough to realize that this video is totally inaccurate!

Ok here we go boys and girls.. when speaking of who is who and in what room they girls are called Maddie and kayla 🛑 do ya mean Kaylee.. Dylan was not on the same floor as Maddie and Kaylee she was on the same floor with Ethan and xana .. Kaylee and Maddie on top floor Dylan Ethan xana on next floor down and Bethany in the bacement area.. Woke to xana and her dog ... Ugh wtf Kaylee and her dog Murphy is that enough wrong information or should I keep going ok 1 more Dylan thought she heard Kaylee say I think there's someone here . Whoever did the research for this video needs to be. Talk about misinformation, this video is a prime example. Wow. So many details are wrong, and conclusions are premature. DM is quite tall, but BK is much taller, she would not have underestimated his height to such a magnitude, stating his height was hers. Just one example, with another being who owned the dog at the home, certainly not Xana. Whatever? One wonders if anything is accurate here!

The "no motive" part is dumb. Many killers don't have a "motive" like he is referring to. Many are crimes of opportunities or some other warped part of their behavior. I have seen that BK followed 2 of them on social media and he could've been a stalker or obsessed.

There is not a preponderance of evidence against Brian Kohberger nor has he confessed or been proved guilty of anything. This video states that BK is guilty and there is evidence to prove but the evidence is not shown or explained. Brian Kohberger is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law and no amount of bias on the part of the content creator will change that. While I am saddened and angry over the murders of the four students, accusing and jailing a scale goat will not achieve justice. Shame on you for your misinformation and bias.

You might not know this… but when people enter non guilty and they are convicted they usually get harsher punishments then if they entered a plea.

That's how it works. If you stand mute, the judge puts in a plea for you, and it will be "not guilty", since everyone is assumed innocent until proven guilty. It's just procedural.

I sure hope you never get accused of some heinous murder you didn't commit! Since 2000, over 350 people on Death Row were thankfully exonerated days - sometimes minutes - prior to being scheduled to die. These are the lucky ones. Nevermind the hundreds- probably thousands - of innocent men and women who died on Death Row for crimes they never committed. Out so-called "justice system" is corrupt as hell and is not at all concerned with establishing real justice. It is just like any other institution in a capitalist nation designed strictly to gain profit. It's a business that profits off the incarceration and state-sponsored murders of people - guilty or innocent. If it wasn't for private citizen's groups like the Innocents Project doing the research and investigations law enforcement failed to correctly conduct, every last one of those 350+ innocent people would be dead thanks to our so-called "justice system". Tragically, only less than a tenth of those prisoners who are found to be innocent are exonerated by the court. The court has no incentive to set an innocent person free as they stand to lose thousands upon thousands of dollars for each freed prisoner. Do you really think any of the judges, attorneys or members of law enforcement give the slightest care if an innocent person spends life in prison or gets murdered by the state? Hell no. That's extra money in their pocket. They even have an inside term for such people - "collateral." They actually have the audacity to justify this inhumane, corrupt business as an "unfortunate sacrifice for justice." So when I said I hope you don't get incarcerated for a homicide you did not commit, I wasn't being the least bit sarcastic or patronizing. I was being 100% serious. I don't want to see you or any other innocent human being robbed of life by our greedy, corrupt legal system. Now granted, I am not ruling out the possibility of Kohlberg's guilt. He definitely strikes me as a potentially dangerous, psychotic individual, however that is based solely on my own personal interpretation of the creepy vibes he gives off. I want to ensure that he indeed receives a fair trial before he is murdered or sentenced to life.
