In addition, MJ had to play BO5s whereas Lebron gets BO7s now, meaning he gets 4 chances to stop a sweep instead of 3. Still not enough help though, I guess.

But I don't think he realized he had made all those Finals because he was playing against a consistently weaker Eastern Conference.
