@@ghrasta. Breath of the Wild was on Switch and Wii U since it got delayed so much that it could fit in with the launch titles of the Switch. They didn't make it switch only since they wanted an original Zelda game for the Wii U, however it was easy enough to port over to the Switch at its launch.

It's technically just stealth in Zelda.

Funny thing to say since fixing joycon drift is one of the easiest things compared to a ps4 controller. My ps4 controller started to drift quicker than when I bought my joycons and they are a absolute nightmare to open and fix. Had to buy a whole stick just so I can replace the wheel sensor. Ironically the difference between both controllers is that I dropped my joycons straight on concrete by accident and it took a bit for drift, the dualshock 4 started to drift even without play so it's always going to be a problem with most analog sticks

@@mario4everd I'm always dropping my ps4 controller on hard floor and it never drifts, plus I've had it for only 2 or 3 years now. Although my nintendo switch left joy con always be drifting and I never really bothered to fix that issue so I just decided to use a wireless controller

I havent had PS4 comrroller drift but ive had much more problems with my ps4 console than switxh and i play switch way more. Its a pain to play on the ps4 if it starts ejecting your discs at random even when its off

This is my favorite zelda game out of all of them because of the uniqueness with the nunchucks and wiimote plus the game is beautiful i love the story and love the gameplay:) so much memories with this game. i used to play it with my mother may she rest in peace and she would watch me play it too:) i cherish this game so much!

Skyward Sword was 480p 30fps and Skyward Sword HD is 1080p 60fps. It's gonna be incredible playing at a much higher resolution, much smoother frame rate, and much higher accuracy motion controls.

Why wouldyouplay with montion control? I know it is going to work great but in my opinion I rather playing using the buttons, that is why I think this version is superior to the first one,was the montion control that kill that game when it came out, this game could have been there hanging with OOT, Majora's mask and all the other great Zelda games,the motion control and prevent him for doing that, but in the version a tleast you have the option to use buttons.

@@nopenope9207 the motion controls is what made this game AMAZING... people who don’t like it simply didn’t know how to use it. I never had any problems with the motion controls, on the VERY contrary, it was amazing. Plus the story, the dungeons design, the boss battles... everything was nearly perfect in this game

See, I watched a full playthrough but I feel like the game needs more love, it should be a remaster in hd with updated textures and a updated lighting system rather than copying and pasting the game then redoing the controls and allowing it to go to hd resolution instead of 420p, I just think that some of these games need more love if you want to port them to the switch and sell them for 40+ dollars like miitopia which I still have on the 3ds, I mean... I'd rather replay that then buying an updated one with the addition of a frickin horse!

You don’t even know what they have or haven’t changed. There will likely be some quality of life improvements or a very small amount of content added similar to wind waker HD and twilight princess HD. If they game releases and that isn’t the case then you can start to complain. Remember this is only the announcement trailer. For the announcement trailer for twilight princess HD they didn’t mention the changes either, that was announced at a later date. Can’t stand people saying it’s just a direct port when they really have no idea

@@sasook Thanks, but I'd rather not be forced into one control setting that the game wasn't designed for when right-handed players can use either control scheme. Plus, a left-handed mode is something that should've been in the original version of the game; if it's not in this re-release, then I'm simply not going to buy it because I see no point in doing so if Nintendo is just going to keep screwing over left-handed players.

Why not just a control option you can select that maps the motion-controls to the opposite joy-cons (they both have an accelerometer and a gyro, so any motion controls can be mapped to either one) and mirrors the game to make Link left-handed to match? Such a thing would take the team that's porting the game to the Switch less than a day to program.

i don't understand why so many want's wii u ports. The Wii U is already in Full HD, so it's the same graphic. Also you can get the Wii U for 50$ and the games each for 10$. So you spend more money with buying the ports for 60$. Skyword Sword don't exists in HD, so it's much better than a Wii U Port.

Same. The game has gotten too much criticism on problems that were not even the game's fault, such as the sometimes inaccurate motion controls. Most of the flaws I have seen pointed out have really been quite small, yet with a large impact on people's enjoyment (such as unskippable dialogue and cutscenes, a slow loftwing, and pretty much every criticism of Fi boils sown to her dialogue not being skippable).

For me, it wasn't the motion controls in-of-itself that made me unable to play this game, but the fact that the motion controls *didn't have left-handed options,* when I'm left-handed, and so was Link himself in every Zelda game up to this one. It certainly didn't feel like I was avoiding the game, but as if I was approaching a "Longtime Zelda fans club" and meeting all the requirements only to still not be allowed in because I'm left-handed.

In my top 3 of best zelda of all time, it introduced me to the franchise and i love it so much! So good to finally see it receiving the hd it deserves!

I was also introduced to the franchise through this game its such a good one right after finishing it I bought Twilight Princess and then I was hooked now every time I see a LOZ game I want it! I no longer have a Wii but I still have the games.

@@Indy921 I agree that the game got more fun the further you went. The controls become natural and it’s a lot of fun to use Link’s tools in this game.

Yep, it's pretty lame, and unfortunately no company or manufacturer gives a damn. It's getting very disheartening realizing you'll almost never get a new limited edition product or console, I've never even wanted another set of Joycons until these were shown.

Constructive criticism is a form of niceness. In my case, I'm criticizing the game's lack of a left-handed mode that would enable people like me, Shigeru Miyamoto, and Link himself to theoretically be able to play the game without it being awkward, uncomfortable, and just plain not fun.

I expect Groose’s pompadour to have every hair strand realistically animated, and the Groosenator to deal the final blow to Demise.

Did you not see the secret ending where Groose kills demise? Dude have you been living under a rock? It’s the easiest ending to get and some say it’s the true ending. Some say the hero of time is actually Groose but he can’t talk so he can’t object to being called link. Sad days.
