Materials
1 teaspoon dry yeast (4g)
1 teaspoon of sugar (10g)
2 glasses of warm water (400ml)
5 cups of flour (add in moderation)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)
To grease the dough
100g butter
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
For internal mortar
400gr minced meat
2 onions
half a tea glass of oil (50ml)
black pepper
chili pepper
salt
parsley
For the above
1 egg yolk
