Easter according to this recipe does not require weighing cottage cheese, brewing and is prepared without eggs. The recipe is suitable for those who have little time, but want to please the family with a homemade Easter for the holiday, usually it takes me no more than an hour to prepare it. It's so quick and easy to prepare. I will also show two options for decorating Easter, in a classic form, and I will make small Easters in silicone molds.

Vanilla sugar - 5 gr.
Cream with a fat content of 33% - 130 gr.
Gelatin - 10 gr.
Water - 60 gr.
Candied papaya and mango - 100 gr.
Dried cherries - 100 gr.
Cream for decoration:
Curd cheese - 100 gr.
Powdered sugar - 40 gr.
Cream fat content 33% - 20 gr.
Butter - 60 gr.
Decor:
Pecan
Walnut Hazelnut
Golden kandurin food coloring
Pistachio
From this amount of products, I got 1 large Easter weighing 950 gr. and 4 small
