Videos such as this one provides examples of not just cooking of food, but also knife skills, sauté skills, and samples of various cooking techniques . I’ve worked in food production, taught various aspects of production, finance, related Human Resources, cost controls, etc,at the college level. Perhaps before making negative or “judgy” comments, consideration could be given to the fact that not all people who view this,and other videos like this, desperately need this instruction, if for no other reason than to avoid injury, ideas, and sanitation procedures. Good luck to all who watch and, hopefully, learn something!
