Please do not keep describing the ancient Israelites as Jews! They consisted of 12 tribes and Judah was just one of them. So many Christians don't divide the scriptures properly - many places in the Tanakh/OT refer to Judah and Israel separately as not all prophecies refer to both. Just an observation. The 12 sons of Jacob/lsrael were born to 2 daughters of Laban and no mention is made if they have the same mother. Also 2 handmaidens of unknown parentage. It was very interesting until you started tossing in the word Palestinian. Apparently this "mystery of ancient Israelite DNA" is an attempt to justify and legitimize the existence of a bunch of people who only began to be called Palestinian around 1947. Prior to that the people residing there were either Jews or Arabs living in the Province of Palestine.

The Ashkenazi are not from the line of Abraham. Therefore they are not from the line of Israel. They are also not from the line of Judea. Judah from which the original Jews came from was only one of 12/13 tribes. You're missing a lot. The word Jew doesn't even appear in the Bible until after the death of Solomon. The first Jew was Judah. So no one before him were Jews.

Both Shem and Japheth possessed the same YDNA key at Haplogroup F. This Haplogroup was carried by all sons of Shem and Japheth, whereas the sons of Ham did not possess this link. The link for Hg F is P14, M89, M213. All Haplogroups from G to R possess this lineage. From what we see, the lineages of Shem and the tribes Shem from F produced the Haplogroups G, H, I and J. Japheth produced Haplogroup K and all the groups coming from K are sons of Japheth, for K is the beginning of a new Macrohaplogroup or root (K) from which all other haplogroups or nations are derived.
