Exactly my thought as well. This isn’t practical for anyone w/an active lifestyle-it’s just too darn small!

Huge kitchen... limited usage. Small living area... needed most of the night. Maybe one could give more space to the living area.

It depends on who you are. Some prefer this layout (decent kitchen space), others may prefer less kitchen...

It’s too darn small! Can you imagine how fast you’d have to get out of there if your partner released bottom gas?! Yikes!
