Minecraft is one of those games that can make even seasoned veterans feel like a child opening a massive Christmas present with its updates. Even all these years later, going into an update blind often brings a feeling of wonder and discovery at what has been updated or added. The dispensers are not trying to *tell* you that wind charges can activate redstone, they are there so that when the breeze (wind thing) shoots them then the dispensers will flood the place, shoot a fire charge, snowballs, eggs, or a potion, etc.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen mojang do something so cool and well done, and now with the introduction of the Boss type of thing with the ominous trial, it feels so full and refreshing for Minecraft.

This speak a lot to the discoverability of all that was added. Rekrap going in completely blind was able to discover all the mechanics of the chambers by himself just by observing and doing things that come to mind. Mojang is really doing some bold game design lately.

For everyone saying that newer Minecraft updates aren't impactful, THIS sort of reaction is what most casual fans would have towards them (albeit a little _less_ overly excited, that part is mostly just Rekrap being Rekrap XD).

Rekrap, your videos are great, I just want to tell you that potions have the opposite effect on undead mobs (zombies, skeletons...) as to players, so a poison potion will give a regeneration effect and a weakness potion strength to a mob.

Remember that "I collected all armor types" series? Maybe do the same for wolf wariants. For example: Badland Wolf with lime collar and orange wolf armor(without thousynds combinaton of dyes).

I love how if you rocket jump perfectly with the charges you can get up 14 blocks with just 2 of them. Minecraft now has rocketjumping before it has rockets (apart from fireworks)

reminds me of rlcraft,the wind charges and the spawners that stop at a certain point have been in rlcraft for years

The breeze can activate buttons with its wind charges, hence the snowballs and eggs

My favorite part of the update is definitely the wind charges they have so much potential when it comes to movement and games on servers. It would be so cool to see these added to MCCI games.

I believe that weakness and poison have the opposite effect on undead mobs, like zombies and skeletons, so you may have been giving them strength effectively

For the dispensers they are because breeze the wind the activate red stone so the dispensers are to mess with you and the ice blocks are to show that strays spawn

The reason there are Dispensers with stuff inside is: Breezes can Push Buttons, open doors and trapdoors etc with their attack, And i think they can make dispensers go off too. And there are stuff like Eggs and Snowballs because they can be fired at you, and water buckets can flood the place. Edit: ah nvm there are buttons next to them

Potions effects are the opposite for undead creatures, so rek was just making the skele's stronger by throwing weakness, and healing with poison.

I have an idea for a video you could do. What if you beat Minecraft in third person facing you? I'm not sure if anyone has done that before but that would make a very entertaining video. I even have an idea for the thumbnail, maybe you could have a blindfold over Steve's head and eyes in the back of the head and then that trying to beat the ender dragon or something

Honestly, I feel the Wind Charge is something rek would absolutely love to use if he knew the full capabilities. Hopefully he does soon, and a video gets released about it.

You can parkour with wind.. also the dispenser with items are traps. Breeze can activate redstone if it hits it

Rek just a hint poison and regeneration works opposite on undead creatures like all skeletons and zombies so when you fought those strays and poisoned them you actually healed them. And it’s the same with instant damage and instant healing it works opposite on undead mobs.

I thank that this is just the thing speedrunners need to set a new record.

Yo rek, just a heads up, negative potions do opposite effects on undead mobs. When you threw weakness on the skeleton, I think it actually gave it strength… (not completely sure tho)

Btw the dispensers were there as part of the breeze boss battle to showcase that they can activate redstone so when they shoot the button it dispenses poison, snowballs, water, or eggs

they have the dispensers in the room so the Breeze can interact with the them to make fights more interesting.

The reason there’s some eggs and snowballs is because when u or the breeze shoot a wind charge at a button or a trapdoor or something it interacts with it

you can jump 10 blocks with the wind charge if timed correctly, it is ment to change the way movement is done, especially parkour.
