Who’s here thats never seen a Sasquatch but convinced they exist and just want to learn more?

It amazes me how many folks are questioned if they “were smoking”? As in marijuana, do they mean? High or not, they saw what they saw. IMO. I’m over 70, smoking since the 60’s, and have never hallucinated from cannabis. Just saying.

The 93 yr old mom, bless her! That reminds me so much of my grandmother that lived to be 98. I spent nearly half my life with her and she would do the same. You'd hear the stories repeated 20 times, but they never changed. I miss my granny

Hey Steve I heard a story similar to this about 2 years ago on UKposts but it involved a young man in his early 20's in the late 70's while driving a company truck. It happened at 2-3 in the morning on his rout in Texas he hit a female BF while the family crossed the road. The baby BF was lagging behind and the female went back to get the baby and never saw the truck come over the hill and he hit the female BF. Long story short he got out helped the BF and the male BF came back to the scene to see what he was doing. He was trying to remove a piece of metal guard rail from the BF's leg I believe. The man said he could tell she trusted him because he saw it in her eyes and was calm. When the male came over he started to get angry and the female put up her hand as if to say "no stop" and nothing happened. He set her leg cause he knew how to work with animals and such. He said he had felt bad for hitting the BF and he gave the female BF a saint Christopher chain necklace about 20 inches long and placed it around it's head. The female looked at the necklace then pointed up to the sky with both hands and repeated a word several times. The man took this to mean either "God or Heaven" as he stated in the story. They eventually left the area and the man went his own way. More to this story but can't remember the rest.

It's no specific state, province or country. These big hairy people are just about everywhere. My very conservative Dad told stories about seeing them in Vietnam during his different deployments. He said he didn't see anything like it when he was fighting in Korea. I've been around these People for my whole life and have seen sign, heard their vocalizations, other noises and have been watched. It was a usual thing for me. We had 2 cabins in the western Sierra's. We also vacationed in the eastern Sierra's and Oregon, from the coast to the middle of the state. Diamond Lake was our most commonly visited. We travelled all over with the lake as a base camp. We were trout fishers. Everyplace we travelled was for trout. All the spots were perfect Sasquatch habitat. We had them around us all the time. Sometimes obvious sometimes not.

Steve when I lived in the country I found huge piles of manure in my yard. While looking more I found a short stump like the one pictured twisted and chewed off around 18 inches. But the kicker was these long black coarse hairs twisted into the wood. I cant read sign like you but I try. Now this blew my mind. Turned out my neighbors Buffalo got out and did it. I seen a bird with a wind span wider than a 2 lane road, it passed by me going the same wAy, I was doing 55mph, it passed me doing at least 80mph without flapping wings. This thing went by silently and be very fast turning up and left over the trees.

When you hear someone calling for help and it gets louder it's probably the little people seeing if they can lure you into their realm of influence, nothing to do with Sasquatch. In fact I believe that the tall men might be saving us when they drive us out of the woods. Like that guy who was found 15 miles from where he was with no skin on his feet, was he running, or dancing?

Something that I find interesting is I've never had an encounter with a Sasquatch but I spent a lot of time in the woods growing up, and its occurred to me listening to Steve reading accounts that, everytime I went deep into the woods as a child, I would ALWAYS hear what sounding like 'tree knocks'.. regardless of where in the woods I was at..(rarely if ever twice in the same spot) I at first thought it was someone chopping a tree down, but that was never the case, and until then, I'd grown up in the inner city, so I attributed it to some 'normal' forest sound I was uneducated about and that it had an animal, or human explanation, etc.. It became so frequent that whenever I'd hear it I'd think "there it is again" and "I wonder what that is", and I came to expect it. Fast forward 30 years and Im interested in the topic, but am not a 'bigfoot researcher' or anything even resembling it, beyond reading/watching stuff online. As I've said, I've never had an encounter and I do not consider this one, its just something that occurred to me while watching.

1:30 There is actually three to five frames where I can see the object. When paused and full screen at 5: 16 in that video, when Steve says the word " 'Dumb (*)' as a Hammer" (ukposts.info/have/v-deo/jpSGlWpte29_jok.html), the object appears in the cloud to the right, then the next frame it is above Steve's shoulder, then over the next three frames it doesn't move but fades away to nothing. (I use the < and > keys to step through the frames on a desktop browser) It looks like the object was traveling at great speed from the first frame to the second frame, then stopped and disappeared. Of course, without having access to the original raw video, it's still speculation whether it was an actual object in the sky, or just an editing artifact. Hopefully when Steve looks at the original, he can see if anything is there.

Steve, on the subject of Hollywood: Are the tid-bits being thrown out based on fantasies of a Hollywood writer or are they tid-bits of reality being "seeded" to us to soften the shock of a real disclosure of things we don't yet understand??? Wondered this thought many many times....

Someone told me the other day that there are witches out here near me. I said "Ok, I knew that already." She said, "They're summoning something up here to do things for them, possibly possessions." I looked at her and said, "You cast out one and seven return." She said, "Someone is teaching the kids out here to be witches." I said, "That is most unfortunate as God does not look kindly on any who corrupt innocence." I also said, "You might want to tell whomever is messing around with that stuff that it's dangerous and that even though they might think they have control of something, there is always a deception. They don't know what they are dealing with." She says, "Oh I know." Then she says that she saw something at night, it was paralleling her and it was big and black and she was going to lie to herself and say it was a dog. I said, "Oh you have seen a Sasquatch have you? They have been around here for a while. They didn't call those up." She looked at me and said, "Bigfoot?" I said, "Yes, there is a dogman too. There are different types." She looked up hard at me after that. I said, "All you need to understand, if you are truly worried, is that God wins in the end. It is written." She didn't like hearing that and before the end of the conversation, I said it two more times. I just felt led to. She didn't like the response she was getting from me. I think maybe she felt that I should have been frightened. But I also told her that I feel like this place is going to clear itself out. As in, those who are doing wrong are going to end up out of this place anyway. Because what they are doing leads to deception, including their own. They are playing with something that is not easy and not taught, at least not taught well. That is done for good reason. Should I take comfort knowing that they don't even know how to practice their rituals? No, I take comfort knowing that my God fights for me and that they cannot harm me because He Lives. Me. I’ve never actually SEEN one. What made me start to “believe” in these beings is just having events happen that I just CANNOT explain. I spend ALOT of time out in “the real world” and I’ve spent my entire free time in my life hunting and fishing and exploring. I have a camp about 14 miles into the Maine wilderness that I’ve spent a lot of time at. There are no access roads to it. To get there you need to park 7 miles away or so and hike in. It’s not even a legal camp. I do not own the land. My grandfather and his friends had built it out in the Maine woods. It’s very small and can’t even be spotted by google earth. I’ve tried. But I’ve just had “incidents” and heard noises that I’ve NEVER heard anywhere else. Something strange is out there. Hell maybe it isn’t these beings I’ve had interactions with. However they match up with all these stories which make me have to assume that this is what I’m dealing with

A dogman is exactly what I encountered, which is why I finally believed there must be Sasquatchs as well. If there is one then it is only rational that another cryptids exists as well. Either that or maybe dogman are another variation of bigfoot, like humanity has a huge variety of humans.

So true what that one person shared. My grandfather used to say, Unfortunately, you can never unknow something. You can never go back to the time before you knew; and sometimes knowing things can ruin your life. It changes your whole view on life, and due to cognitive dissonance you only have two choices: to accept the new reality and come to terms with it, or stay in denial as some of these people do, refuse to discuss it think about it, and let it eat away at you. It'sbetter not to go looking for trouble. My grandfather back in the 50s, lived near a monastery in NY city. There was a library there that apparently had a section off limits to the public. My grandfather never went into detail or named the books there, but they were apparently about demonology, evil things, etc for the knowledge and study of monks. he had a good friend who worked at the library, and he had a curious burning desire to know what was in these books. He convinced the woman to let him read these books. His life was never the same. He said, he always wished he could go back to the time before he read them, because he could never unknow these things. Apparently, just like with the Bigfoot (the way it starts seeming to follow certain people around), once he read these books, evil beings started to materialize and follow him around. He couldn't get them to leave. He developed depression, etc. Even up to the day before his death, my uncle said went they went to his house, they saw beings sitting around on his roof, like stalking him. Be careful about seeking things just for curiosity.
