I guess, most people can feel with you. The first months of Corona with all the lockdowns, all the closed options people normally use to reduce stress or distract from negative feelings or hard questions, almost everyone had to find new ways. And one way was/is to think about who you are, what you want, why you do this or that. Finding answers besides parties, shopping, travelling, cinema, sex (ONS every wednesday for example) or (unfortunalety) visit museums, concerts, zoos, castles and so on. All we were able to do was sitting and thinking, which is okay for a while, but it turned into depression round christmas... :(
