The simplest apple cake "three glasses"! Amazingly tasty and quick!
The cake is very easy to make, it's tender and tasty.
Preparation and ingredients:
Grate 5 apples (add cinnamon and lemon juice if desired).
1 glass of sugar (I have a 200 g glass).
1 cup of semolina
1 cup of flour.
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder.
Mix well.
Casserole dish 20 cm, cover with baking paper and brush with oil.
Divide the dry mixture into 4 equal parts.
Divide the apples into 3 equal parts.
Pour the first part of the dry mixture into the mold.
Lay out the first part of the apples.
Pour out the second part of the dry mixture evenly.
Lay out the second part of the apples.
Pour a third of the dry mixture evenly.
Distribute a third of the apples evenly.
Pour dry mixture into the last layer and distribute evenly.
Put 30 g butter in a glass of hot milk.
Stir until the oil is completely dissolved.
Make punctures so the cake is soaked.
Pour milk all over the cake.
Place in preheated oven at 180 ° C (or 356 ° F) for 40-50 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down well.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
