I realize the American dream is not just living the dream itself and the experiences of great things but also the experience of paying to maintain the great things. To fuel and keep them going is one expense everyone overlooks about people who have nice things. The cost to keep it detailed to keep it looking so clean to keep it running fresh and to always acquire another to replace it in the future. Only if you lift it. Stock 250s, 350s, 450s and 550s are all roughly the same height profile, and simple enough for a very small woman to get in and out of without ladders. They also all come with the same 6.7 powerstroke option, so unless you're gonna do some seriously heavy towing, the 250 would be your smartest choice, and you can still make it as ridiculously tall as you want, if you're so inclined.
