I recently YELLED at my 80-year-old mom who is the most GENTLE, KIND, VULNERABLE & EMPATHETIC person in the world during an argument when I thought she was being UNFAIR to me by second-guessing my decisions on what pile of 2-year-old unread & previously read medical records of hers to throw away. I handle all the bills. All the medical records are online. I can throw away doctor's After Visit Summaries after they have been read & sitting in a box untouched for over 2 years. In this case, I chose NOT to file them away in file cabinets. The paper clutter does her no good. I was just trying to HELP. She got really ANGRY at me & gave me a really hard time for throwing all those papers away. I felt UNFAIRLY VICTIMIZED like a little kid being UNJUSTLY PUNISHED. My FEELINGS GOT HURT & I suddenly felt SUPER THREATENED & I immediately went into FIGHT or FLIGHT like a 58-year-old PSYCHO. She said ANGRILY at me, demanding, "Give me those papers!" while referring to the paperwork in the recycle bin. I SHOUTED, at the TOP of my lungs, "No! I will not!" I said it so loud that I'm sure the neighbors next door & across the street could hear me. It was a SUPER DEFENSIVE OVERREACTION by a HYPERSENSITIVE PERSON caused by my brain's overactive FIGHT, FLIGHT & PARALYSIS center called the AMYGDALA. My AMYGDALA learned that HARMFUL dysfunctional behavior UNCONSCIOUSLY from my Dad. He had PTSD & raised his voice a lot. That is how my father emphasized his strong feelings in our house. It is an ABUSIVE COERCIVE CONTROLLING behavior to SHOUT at somebody, let alone the most important person in your life who you love more than anybody else in the world & who you care for & respect with all your heart. I know that's DISRESPECTFUL & HURTFUL & TRAUMATIC for her. I know I'm being EVIL & that it is WRONG while I am doing it. I can FEEL the DAMAGE being DONE to BOTH of US WHILE I DO IT, but I still do it because I'm NOT IN CONTROL. I'm just WATCHING like a CONSCIENCE. It is CRUEL & SADISTIC & HARMFUL. I'm ashamed of that behavior in myself. I don't like the FACT that I have the CAPACITY to do SEVERE EMOTIONAL HARM to my loved ones when I'm OUT-of-CONTROL. I am NOT my AMYGDALA. A friend of mine recommended this kind of videos because I can't fall asleep easy. My creative brain won't have silence sometimes. This is really calming for me and interresting to watch. - I really love these video's. Kinda addicted at it at this point, that is for sure! When l watched this specific video for the fist time I painted peacock feathers for weeks. I guess because is saw them moving inside this video. I loved it! - These video's really trigger my creativity and I draw and paint things very different now because of these beautifull images. I always painted very realistic, with dull collors. My creations looked like perfect pictures but didn't show a spark of personality or didn't make a difference from other creaters. Now I use bright colors (somethimes even glow in the dark paint) and I create shapes inside my art to make it abstract and a little trippy. I even hide little, personalized easter eggs in them for the owner to find! - This changed my whole artstyle. And im getting really good at it, I can proudly say. A lot I made where used by people who did dr*gs, they could stare at them for hours lol. But you don't need dr*gs or any thing to love these video's in my opinion. Especially if you have an creative little spark with in you! - Well now i'm watching it for yet another time, goodnight xoxo! - Ps. Im so glad u didn't allow ADS in this masterpiece. I’m pretty sure this is one of the best things in my life. I like to use soothing music to help me sleep and this one never gets old. To me it sounds like it matches the feelings and experiences I’ve had on lsd - total warm, comforting bliss and no worries at all feeling as safe as ever like it was always meant for me to be floating through that constant expansion of patterns and colors. I think the best way to describe the atmosphere and vibe of a psychedelic experience is through sound. Accompanied by patterns/visuals makes it even better.
