Use the plastic plate to support a paper plate. No cuts in the plastic no washing just chuck em in the fire. Cheers Steve from Aus.

Hey! Thanks for the show and tell. I think I am going to buy one now based off your information. I wanted to let you know because I never knew this. I love stainless steel pots and pans. All my house pots and pans are stainless steel. My sister who is a professional chef told me to use bar keepers friend for keeping your stainless pots and pans clean from staining. I usually use it every 6mo to freshen up my pots and pans. You can find it at your local grocery store or Walmarts for sure.

If the fry pan had a non-stick coating I'd go ahead and pick this set up.

i have the same cook set. my only complaint is that the plate is too shallow. food can easily fall from the sides. overall, i like it…
