If you had 1000 dinghy’s and canoes you would have more boats but certainly not be stronger than the USA, China or even the New Zealand navy. It is true that China now has more ships than the USA but certainly not better ones. Their aircraft carriers are much less sophisticated and they only have a couple of them….
