The System of Money - This film presents serious research and verifiable evidence on our economic and financial system.
The System of Money (2012)
Director: Michael Oswald
Writers: Mike Horwath, Michael Oswald
Stars: Ben Dyson, Anne Belsey, Noel Longhurst
Genre: Documentary
Country: United Kingdom
Language: English
Release Date: 1 May 2012 (UK)
Filming Location: London, England, UK
Storyline:
97% owned present serious research and verifiable evidence on our economic and financial system. This is the first documentary to tackle this issue from a UK-perspective and explains the inner workings of Central Banks and the Money creation process. When money drives almost all activity on the planet, it's essential that we understand it. Yet simple questions often get overlooked, questions like; where does money come from? Who creates it? Who decides how it gets used? And what does this mean for the millions of ordinary people who suffer when the monetary, and financial system, breaks down? Produced by Queuepolitely and featuring Ben Dyson of Positive Money, Josh Ryan-Collins of The New Economics Foundation, Ann Pettifor, the "HBOS Whistleblower" Paul Moore, Simon Dixon of Bank to the Future and Nick Dearden from the Jubliee Debt Campaign.
Reviews:
"Simple facts described in a plain and simple manner : the building stone of economy is how money is created. And, most importantly, debt is explained : that there is no economy w/out debt. Debt is core. It's all about the control of debt, and who "owns" debts.
As is, debt is as important a concept, as creation of money is. And this is not at all about some 3% of coin & paper money in the system, it's essentially about some 97++% of 'virtual' money being send back and fro. And about a specific type of money that only exsists and can be used with, for instance, the Bank of England -- and nowhere else.
A complicated system which evolved from simple facts when law decided to forbid private banks to issue their own paper & coin money in the 19th century.
But then somehow, and it's not a mystery, private banks still keep on issuing money (tho not their own paper & coin notes)
and that is, in essence, what this doumentary is about : the how, when and why.
A must watch, to be honest and a 10-star docu if only the female narrator's voice would not have been mixed in in such a shallow manner (often too hard too grasp; a pity) : it deserves a clear firm straight sound given that the documentary itself is profoundly clear." -Written by artiszt on IMDb.com

Watching 'The System of Money' was like peeling back the layers of financial mystique to reveal the beating heart of our economic system. From the enigmatic dance of money creation to the haunting echo of debt, every frame whispered truths that echoed far beyond the confines of the screen. It's not just a documentary; it's a journey into the labyrinth of modern finance, leaving me both enlightened and entranced.

I wasn't financially free until my 40s and I’m still in my 40s, bought my third house already, earn a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start today regardless your age, invest and change your future! Investing in the financial markets is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing! Very inspiring! I love this.

The financial system has been artificially pumped for over a decade to ensure big pockets were lined; and now those same hands will make a fortune in the largest transfer of wealth in human history by shorting it on the way down. Inflation does have a roll, but that's to keep everyone panicked, and focused on their bills and expenses, rather than focus on the capital crimes of politicians and corporations,I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $338k stock portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market??

I agree, I've been in constant touch with an Investment advisor for approximately 17 months. These days, it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or hold. That's where my advisor comes in, to help me with entry and exit points , I've accrued over $337k from an initially stagnant reserve of $148K all within 18 months.

That's why cryptocurrency was created at the first place. Cryptocurrency was supposed to be money that everyone can spend but because of the manipulation it becomes worse The benefit of UFC is more than how I comprehend it, just know that as I'm telling you some of the benefit of UFC. First, UFC is the world's first hybrid cryptocurrency that only rise in value. Now you can finally put your money in a particular place that is secure and safe than any other bank or cryptocurrency. UFC has come to give peace of mind to everyone because in the crypto world there is manipulation which causes a lot of coin to fluctuate. Cryptocurrency supposed to be use as money at the very start but because of the manipulation it becomes an investment. Now UFC gives everyone the opportunity to put their money in a secure place, also with free transaction. Now value is given to money by you using UFC. If you look at it, fiat currency is backed up by debt but UFC is backed up by people and people are the real value of UFC. UFC also defeat inflation though Bitcoin was able to solve that problem to some extent but UFC defeated it completely. Inflation can't rule when everyone is using UFC. The most benefiting part for you is that your money is decentralized and also it rises in value per person that joins the system. The most important part of all is that people will also gain their power through their agreement of using UFC as money. UFC is money that grows in value not an investment. I want you to know this that paper money is a dying business, Get into UF ecosystem which gives peace of mind to everyone. UFC➡️Abundance coin 🔥💯

The stock market is a complex system that is influenced by a variety of factors, including economic indicators, political events, and global trends. The relationship between policies and the stock market can be complex and multifaceted, and it can take time for the full effects of policies to be reflected in market trends. Therefore, it is possible that policies implemented in the past may have a "lagged effect" on the stock market, as their full impact may not be felt until later on.

I think the reason is that people work so hard in socialism but get nothing in return. This will turn everybody off. In privatizing, people who work hard will finally get what they want or dream of. This will keep people more enthusiam. That's why it worked better. Just imagine in some communist countries you promise to work 1 year for a tv, an electric pen, a motorcycle, and a refrigerator, and after 20 years you still got nothing. lol It is nice that they still haven't pissed on your face after all the lies. lol

It’s ironic hearing Cameron talking about “has he got a plan to cut the deficit” when we now know that even after 4 years of Austerity and Austerity 2.0, the deficit was not actually reduced. Not one bit. The only thing their austerity did was make working people even poorer by keeping their wages at around 0-0.5% whilst inflation eroded what they can afford. Thanks Neil, you answered the one question that has been constantly on my mind. I have two small personal loans at a fixed rate and actually the interest was paid up front. I have been trying to figure out if I should keep increasing my assets or pay off the loans. I can easily pay off the loans in two years at low monthly rate so I am going to continue to buy more assets knowing that they will be less expensive now than in the future.

The Creature from Jekyll Island is a good book about the bankers who wrote the 1913 Federal Reserve Act. The book Make America Financially Great explains the sections of that Act that holds the tricks they built-in so they become infinitely-rich by loaning citizens Worthless-Money-Made-Out-of-Nothing as bank account balance increases.

FYI - It's not an accounting 'trick' to make money - it's a mathematical rule in accounting that wherever there's a Debit entry, there must be a Credit entry totaling the same value as you can't take money from 1 'pot' and not put it in another 'pot' - it must come from somewhere and it must go to somewhere else.

You clearly still don't understand if you go to a bank to get a $250,000 loan for a house you're not going to give you another depositors money and they're certainly not going to give you any of theirs they're going to make some up special just for you when you sign on the dotted line that did not exist just a minute before and I will reference a case from 1969 I think it was a man named Daley not sure if that's how it's spelled or not but it's something like that and he wins a foreclosure case and gets to keep his home because the bank manager admitted on the stand in court that that money did not exist so he did not put up a liability which is required in a contractual obligation like that we're both sides have to put up something and trying to find that in some archived somewhere might be rather difficult so just check out the Zeitgeist Addendum by Peter Joseph because he laid it out pretty well and I think give a little more information than what I can recall but in short you can't create money from nothing or at least I can't because I go to jail if I do and you can't either it's just the special entitled narcissistic parasites over-represented in positions of power and authority who can get away with such things

These contracts are based in corruption from the start. The u.s. government and constitution was disqualified in 1999, when it came put ofnits 3rd and final international bankruptcy, by : Russel-Jay: Gould when he proved the grammar as being fraudulent and misleading and based on subject of interpretation on word definitions. I used to think everybody went broke during the Great Depression and other major crashes but they didn’t… Some made millions, I also thought everybody went out of business during these times but they didn’t, some went into business, there's always depression/recession for some people and there's always a good time for others, it's all about perspective.

About time people are starting to see. Currency isn't dug out of the ground or panned out of creeks like gold. We create it. Everything banks are allowed to do with government currency is because the government allows them to. This thought probably scares some people, but imagine the possibilities. Sure, we can allow continuous wars, or we could provide fully functional healthcare systems that cover everyone. It's the job of people to mold a government that serves us, not only the rich.

I appreciate your comment: Everything banks are allowed to do with government currency is because the government allows them to. May I suggest that the more likely that most of the our government representatives were tricked into agreeing because of confusing explanations. For example, have you heard about the book Creature from Jekyll Island that was about the bankers who wrote the 1913 Federal Reserve Act. The problem is that book didn't explain the tricks that were built into that congressional act that fooled congressmen and other finance professionals.
