I think it's just a misrepresentation. I think it's supposed to be that you use 100% of your brain, but only a certain percent at any given time. So, on average, only 10% of your brain is being used at any given time, but it's not the SAME 10%.. Or something like that. There's something that only happens when you brain is 100% active, and I think it's a stroke.
